As
an avid runner and bicyclist, Mayor Murphy is a long-time advocate
of trail development in the City of Pittsburgh. His goal is
to develop riverfront trails along every stretch of the 36 miles
of riverfront in the City. Under the Mayor’s direction,
the City is also exploring trail connections to our City parks
and into many of Pittsburgh’s 88 neighborhoods.
Whether
you walk, bike, run, or skate…our trails are a wonderful
asset for the residents and visitors of Pittsburgh. We encourage
you to find out about a trail in your area. Chances are you
have one closer than you might think. View
the Maps page.
