2012 Christmas Tree Recycling Program
- The City of Pittsburgh Department of Public Works will be collecting Christmas trees from all residents from January 3 - January 31, 2012.

Only City residents may drop off yard debris at collection centers. Proof of residency is required.
The City does accept:
- Leaves
- Grass
- Plants
- Tree Trimmings
- Branches
- Shrubs - loose or placed in paper bags (no plastic bags accepted)
The City does not accept:
- Stones
- Dirt
- Rocks
- Manure
- Garbage
- Lumber or food waste
(Stones, dirt, rocks also not collected at curb side)

A new fee for yard debris drop-offs
is required. Money orders only. Make payable to
City of Pittsburgh Treasurer.
