Bulk waste includes large items such as furniture and
large appliances.
Bulk items also includes sofas, recliner
chairs, tables, box springs,
mattresses, dressers, large
TVs, stoves, washers, dryers,
toilets, hot water tanks, windows,
and fencing in bundles
not exceeding 35 pounds or 5
feet in length.
Any excess material and other
excessively large items above
the two-item limit will NOT be
collected unless special pickup
arrangements are made in
advance. A cost of $100 for
each half-hour applies to special

Curb side
(maximum 2 items per week)
CITY DOES NOT COLLECT
Freon appliances (refrigerators,
air conditioners or dehumidifiers). To make arrangements to dispose of Freon appliances, contact Construction Junction (412-243-5025) or Appliance Warehouse (412-381-8800).
Weekly pick up
Place at curb no earlier than 7
p.m. on the night before collection
and no later than 6 a.m. on the
day of collection.
