Please note: This application must be completed, signed and forwarded to the City of Pittsburgh Special Events Committee at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the first day of the event. (There is an exception to this rule that requires the City to review your completed permit application within two business days after receipt for spontaneous speech involving First Amendment Activity intending to respond to current events. Please see Section III(b) of the Regulations).
Please note: If your event is for North Shore Riverfront Park, you will also need to complete and forward the application provided by the Sports and Exhibition Authority (below in both .doc and .pdf formats):
