The
Second Avenue Parking Plaza is located by the Municipal Courts
Building, Downtown. The Plaza capacity is 770 vehicles
and is open from 5:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Lease customers
have access to the Plaza from 5:30 a.m. – 12:00 midnight.
Shuttle service is available Monday through Friday, 5:45 a.m.
to 10:00 a.m., and 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The stops
are: the Municipal Courts Building, the corner of First
Avenue and Grant Street, as well as the corner of Fourth Avenue
and Grant Street.

the hours of operation effective February 1, 2004:
