The Garage at Piatt Place (Oliver Garage) is located off Oliver Avenue underneath Piatt Place.  The garage capacity is 480 vehicles and is open Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Listed below are the lease charges, daily parking rates and the hours of operation effective January 1, 2008:

The entrance to the garage is easily accessible on Oliver Avenue off of Wood Street.  For your added convenience there are pay-on foot stations located on the first entrance level plus a cashier.  

This is one of the Authority's newest garage; it is spacious, brightly lighted and is centrally located within the retail corridor of the city.

McCormick & Schmick's (seafood restaurant) and Capital Grill occupy the first floor of Piatt Place with convenient, available underground parking in the Oliver Garage which is part of the complex.

The garage is adjacent to Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy's, Jos. Banks Clothing Company, Wood Street Galleries, the Warner Centre and others.  It is a short walk to Market Square, the Cultural District (Heinz Hall, O'Reilly Theater) and across the Clemente Bridge to PNC Park and Heinz Field. It is across the street from the Trinity Cathedral where you can buy a delicious and affordable lunch.
