 The Pittsburgh Partnership provides employment and training services designed to help City residents become attached or reattached to the
labor force. The Partnership also helps local employers reduce the time and costs associated with recruiting, screening, and training new employees. These services are funded by the
Federal Workforce Investment Act, Pennsylvania's Employment and Retention Network (EARN) and targeted City Community Development Block Grant funds.
