Join a league, attend a clinic—or register for a tournament—all within the City limits. You'll find Citiparks' regional tennis courts located in Frick, Highland, McKinley, Mellon, Schenley and West parks—and courts in more than 50 neighborhood parks and playgrounds.

Tennis Lessons
for children ages 4 through adult
You can "even the playing field" by registering your child (4 - 7 years old) for "Tiny Tots" lessons. Older children (7 -17 years old) receive instruction geared toward their particular skill levels at "Junior Tennis" lessons.
If you're 18 years or older, you can choose from a variety of adult clinics that focus on all levels of play. No registration is necessary for tennis lessons, which are open to City and non-City residents.

Summer Tennis Camps
for children 4 - 17 years old
Registration Form 
Grab your racquet and head out to learn all aspects of tennis. This program features a game-based approach, so your child learns how to play the game of tennis. But these young tennis enthusiasts also learn about other important aspects of playing tennis including social skills and sportsmanship.

Competitions
Paul G. Sullivan Tennis Championship
2010 Final Results 
Paul Sullivan directed the Pittsburgh Parks Championship held at the Frick Park clay courts from 1930 until 2001.
In 2002 Paul Sullivan, at 98 years old, put down his racket for the last time and the tournament was renamed the Paul G. Sullivan Tennis Championship.
Now in its 90th year, this traditional tournament is open to all adult players 16 years and older.

Bob O'Connor Summer Tennis Classic
Registration Form 
Tennis enthusiasts of all ages and abilities take to courts located throughout the City of Pittsburgh to compete in the fourth annual Bob O'Connor Summer Tennis Classic.
The tournament honors the outstanding community spirit demonstrated by the late Mayor Bob O'Connor.
The nine days of spirited competition take place at the Schenley Park Tennis Center and Stanton Avenue tennis courts.
This is a USTA-sanctioned tournament for open men's and women's singles. Visit www.USTA.com to register.

Frick Park Red Clay Junior Open
Boys and girls age 10 - 14 can compete in the only junior tournament held in the City of Pittsburgh. This USTA-sanctioned event—returning for a second year after a successful launch in 2009—features singles and doubles competition.
