Frick Environmental Center (FEC)
People of all ages discover extraordinary treasures at Frick Environmental Center, which offers programs about the
park's habitats and ecology. The 151-acre Frick Woods Nature Reserve offers an
opportunity to see Pennsylvania's native plants in its meadows and woodlands. The
center serves as the starting point of an extensive trail system- including a handicap-accessible
trail through the woods-used for educational programs and nature walks.
Nature programs, including day camps and school and family programs-continue year
round on the grounds of the Frick Woods Nature Reserve.

Internships are available for adults interested in becoming part of a team of environmental educators. Interns gain skills in environmental education, program development, and park restoration practices. For information about current internship openings, contact 412-422-6538.
Summer Day Camps encourage children to discover the wonders of nature. Programs include Kinder Nature Camp, Kids Nature Camp, Outdoor Expeditions, and Survival Camp.
