Mayor Ravenstahl and Councilwoman Tonya Payne today presided over the signing of the Master Development Agreement between the City's Housing (HACP) and Beacon/Corcoran Jennison (BCJ), bringing to fruition the City's longstanding plans to complete the redevelopment of Oak Hill.
On March 19, Mayor Luke Ravenstahl presented a proclamation to Ron Baillie and Ann Metzger from the Carnegie Science Center in honor of Earth Hour, which took place on March 28, 2009 from 8:30 – 9:30 p.m.
The Mayor also presented a proclamation to Margy Whitmer from Family Communications, Inc. in honor of “Won’t You Be My Neighbor Day.” The day was created in 2008 on May 20th, which would have been Fred Rogers’ 80th birthday, to promote neighborliness throughout the region.
