Formerly home to two brewing companies, and then the Otto "Milk" Company, the structure, built in 1865, will be transformed into 56 residential units and 2 commercial spaces.

The Mayor also presented a proclamation to Margy Whitmer from Family Communications, Inc. in honor of "Won't You Be My Neighbor Day." The day was created in 2008 on May 20th, which would have been Fred Rogers' 80th birthday, to promote neighborliness throughout the region. Margy was joined by children and staff from Brightside Academy.
