Ethics Complaint Form
The City of Pittsburgh Code of Conduct (the “Code”), pursuant to Section 197.14 of the City Code, was established to promote proper operation of our local government. The Code mandates the independent, impartial and responsible conduct of public officials and employees. This prevents both conflicts of interest that interfere with a public servant’s duties and the use of public office for financial gain.
If you need further information or if you have a specific situation that you would like addressed, please contact the Law Department at 412-255-2015. Any City employee may request an Ethics Opinion from the Department of Law (City Code Section 197.13).
