We probably don’t need to tell you that winning contracts is not an easy task. It takes time, energy, and most importantly, relevant information - that’s where we come in. The EORC want to help you build a prosperous and pleasurable relationship with the City of Pittsburgh. One of the first things that you will need to know before getting started is the Contracting Process.
As you will find, we are involved with the process of contracting at several levels. We focus primarily on increasing contracting opportunities for minorities and women, and assisting vendors through the contracting period. We achieve this through various services ranging from Reviewing Contracts to Enforcing Contract Compliance.
