The collaborative, co-sponsored by City Councilman Sala Udin and the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, is a coming together of stakeholders, civic leaders, and concerned Pittsburgh citizens to explore options for optimum development of our downtown.  It is a process for gathering input and insight from residents and experts regarding redevelopment of the Fifth and Forbes retail core downtown and the Market Place at Fifth and Forbes plan proposed by Mayor Tom Murphy, the Urban Redevelopment Authority and Urban Retail Properties.
