Council Honors Kappa Alpha Psi
On January 13, 2009 Councilman Patrick Dowd and City Council recognized the Pittsburgh Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi with a proclamation in honor of their Founders Day Celebration.
The Pittsburgh Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi was founded in 1922 and has since grown to include undergraduate chapters at six universities in and around Southwestern Pennsylvania. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh commends the Pittsburgh Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi on 87 years of nurturing community leaders and advocates, and providing brotherhood and camaraderie to the members of the Pittsburgh Alumni Chapter
