All communications or matters to be brought forward to Council from any of the City authorities shall be directed to the respective Council Member serving on the authority's governing body.
On February 10, 2009, City Council President Doug Shields welcomed the Kindergarten Class from Minadeo School to City Council Chambers where they opened the meeting by leading the Pledge of Allegiance and singing Proud to be an American.
