the Oakland Task Force website. The Oakland Task Force (OTF) is
a partnership of Oakland institutions, businesses, community groups,
and city government focused on improving Oakland. The OTF has recently
developed a strategic action agenda to address Oakland's problems
through implementation of projects to transform Oakland into the
vibrant place we know it can be.
