Majestic Star Casino Traffic Report
This game-day traffic study was submitted to the Department of City Planning by GAI Consultants as a part of the Majestic Star Casino planning process. The report may be subject to additional amendment following staff review.

City Planning welcomes your comment and concerns on the Majestic Star Casino development located in the North Shore between the Carnegie Science Center and the West End Bridge. The project review has been split into phases and is tentatively scheduled to go through the Planning Commission as follows:
- Master Plan – end of May (95 MB)
- Project Development Plan (PDP) for Building Foundation/ Steel and Shell – mid June
- Project Development Plan (PDP) for Site Amenities including lighting but not signage – mid to end of July
- Project Development Plan (PDP) for signage – September/ October
