The City Clerk's Office is responsible for scheduling, stenographic recording, and transcription of City Council meetings among various other responsibilities such as:

-  Coordinating official City Council meetings and functions
-  Maintaining  custody & control of many city records
-  Furnishing the general public with such records
-  Preparing, distributing, & selling the Pittsburgh City Code & more.



The Legislative Information Center provides quick and easy access to legislative documents including Agendas, Action Minutes, Text Files and Master History Reports for City Council's Regular and Standing Committees Meetings.
