No. 13, effective August 19, 2008 entitled, "Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from Oakland Public Realm Subdistrict B and RM-VH, Residential Multi-Unit Very High Density District to SP-7, Oakland Area Planned Development District, certain property bounded by North Dithridge St.; Centre Avenue; North Craig St 4th Ward" by extending the enactment date from two years to three years. Post Agenda - Discussion regarding Bill No. 2010-0568 - Ordinance supplementing the Pittsburgh Code, Title I-Administrative, Chapter 161-Contracts, by adding language regarding the retrofitting of construction vehicles at City subsidized projects. This bill shall be known as the "Clean Air Act of 2010."
Please be advised that while the general public is invited to attend these meetings, there is no public comment.
If members of the public wish to address City Council on any subject matter relating to City business, please attend any Regular or Standing Committees Meeting of Council to participate under the “Public Comment” portion of the meeting.

The City broadcasts City Channel Pittsburgh on Comcast Channel 13.
- Regularly-scheduled legislative meetings of City Council are broadcast on Tuesdays, beginning at 10:00 a.m.; regularly-scheduled standing committees meetings are broadcast on Wednesdays, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
- In addition to the above broadcasts, each session is videotaped and replayed the same day at 7:00 p.m.
- All legislative meetings are also replayed on Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- All standing committee meetings are also replayed Sundays at 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
