Safety Systems Division
This
division is responsible for application development, grant development,
and reengineering for the implementation of the City's computerized
public safety systems.

and implement case management for the Office
of Municipal Investigations to create
a more comprehensive database.
- Continue
development of core modules within modernized Police Records
Management Systems (CRIMES).
- Deploy Police
Records Imaging System throughout the Police
Bureau.

Client
Technology & Telecommunications
This
division is responsible for installing and supporting all end-user
workstations and voice/data telecommunications. It is also responsible
for the design, development, and maintenance of the City's networks.
Additionally, it is responsible for computer systems administration
and hardware support for all network servers (UNIX and NT).

procedures to assist the Help Desk with troubleshooting
PC and network problems.

implementation of disaster recovery plan for Citywide computer

Systems Division
This
division is responsible for the development and maintenance of enterprise
applications, such as PeopleSoft and Permitting. The division
also develops and maintains the City's website.

Operations Division
The Operations Division is responsible for providing Help Desk support
to users.

division is responsible for writing, installing and maintaining
custom-built and commercial software in City departments.
