Participating

To participate in the program, residents must first obtain the registration card from the Public relations officer at your local Zone, Police Station or Mini Station.

A registration application card must be completed and returned to the Public Relations officer with a driver's license and the owner's registration card.

The Community Relations Officer will check the registration card with the driver's license and owner's registration to determine that all necessary information has been properly recorded.

The Community Relations Officer will have the resident sign the registration card in the officer's presence. The officer will then issue the resident the B.A.T. sticker for his or her vehicle(s). Each vehicle that you register get its own registration card and BAT sticker

When the B.A.T. Sticker is issued to the resident, the Community Relations Officer will explain the 24-hour waiting

period that is required before the stickers can be affixed to the rear driver side window. This waiting period allows time for the registration card to be forwarded to and recorded in the Index section

When you receive your sticker, place it on the driver side rear window at the bottom of the window. The following information will be listed on the B.A.T. registration sheet.

  • Zone Station
  • Last, first, middle name, age, sex, date of birth will be included on all drivers of the vehicle
  • Address of vehicle owner
  • Home and business phone numbers
  • Vehicle make, model, body type, color and year
  • Registration number
  • Vehicle Identification number
  • Signature of the owner of the vehicle.  The signature on the registration to the B.A.T. Program gives permission for police to stop the owner's vehicle, if driven between the hours of 12 midnight and 5 a.m.
