When You Need A Parade License: Anyone who is responsible for conducting a parade (or walk, race, or similar processional outdoor event) must obtain a license from the License Officer.
How To Obtain A Parade License: Please contact the Special Events Committee at 412-323-7826 (1203 Western Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15233).
What To Bring With You: When applying for a Parade License, you must bring the following materials with you, or your application cannot be processed.
- The name of the licensee (your name), proof of identification, and any other name under which the parade is to be conducted.
- All information needed to state the character and object, time, place, and route of the event.
- Names of the persons in charge or responsible for control.
