Anyone who operates a motion picture/movie theater must obtain a license from the License Officer.

How To Obtain A Motion Picture/Theater License

What To Bring With You:

When applying for a Motion Picture/Theater License or Producers License in person, you must bring the following materials with you, or your application cannot be processed.

• The name of the licensee (your name), proof of identification, and any other name under which your business is to be conducted.
• The address of the business you are licensing.
• Hours of operation
• City Tax ID Number
